Listings on this site will remain active on site until sold, hired, expired posting time or removed by Evventi. All pictures posted will remain being on Evventi database and are to be published when desired.

Furthermore;

Evventi reserves the right to suspend a listing without notice – if the supplied contact details are incorrect or no longer accurate or if it violates any of its terms and conditions.
Evventi also reserves the right to cancel any listings should the seller or the hirer does not respond to numerous inquiries.
Evventi reserves the right to also cancel users account if redeemed fraudulent, inaccurate or misrepresented in any way.
We require you to notify us of a sale, for those being sold within 5 days
No refunds will be done in all violations of the terms and conditions.

Privacy

By listing or getting a service from all Evventi posts; sellers, hirers,hiree’s agree ;

No refunds will be given once a listing has been posted
Evventi will not be held accountable for any monetary and other contact information given between parties privately for it only provides a portal for advertising.
All information and pictures given will be/ can be used on all Evventi sites; even after the posts of any business transaction has lapsed. These will remain on Evventi database and can be used as publications at any given time or period. Evventi will not be held responsible for any copyright violations in this regard.
